THE DEBT IS 7 YEARS OLD AND HAS BEEN SHUFFLED FROM COLLECTION AGENCIES TO BANKS TO ATTYS.I CHECKED THE COUNTY RECORDS AND THE CONTACT SAYS THEY NO LONGER ARE HOLDING THE LEIN. I HAVE A SALE PENDING AND WANT TO NEGOTIATE A PAYOFF AMT. BUTT DON'T KNOW WHO TO MAKE THE OFFER TO???? CAN YOU ADVISE I ‘M NOT ABLE TO TRACK DOWN THE CURRENT LEIN HOLDER ON MY LAND.
